Before I go any further, let me introduce myself to you all. My name is Courtney Francis, I am currently 23 years old and have just started my postgraduate studies with CILEX to become a Chartered Legal Executive.

To summarise my education, I studied for a HND in Business (Law) for two years at the University of Kent where I graduated with a 2:1/merit with a first in all of my law modules. I then completed my top-up year at Bournemouth University, where I am about to graduate with a BA (Hons) Law degree at a 2:2 grade. I have recently embarked onto the next stage of my academic journey with CILEX, at the Obsidian Training center in Canterbury, Kent.

This is my personal blog where I will most likely rant and rave about the daily struggles of law school, along with chucking the odd motivational post in (lucky you). The goal for this is so I can look back in five years’ time and see my progression throughout my final stages of becoming a Legal Executive and think ‘I made it’.
